Responsible for the addition of consulting services in the areas of electronic commerce (primarily e-commerce strategy offerings, B2B, B2C, B2E and supply chain integration), ASP (including hosting of applications for user communities), outsourcing of applications and services, BPO, help desk and call centre services, and strategic services (such as M&As, post-merger integration, supply chain integration), as well as an expansion of existing service lines in the areas of business process consulting and human resources consulting (including change management and recruitment).

After successfully guiding the organisation through the market analysis, risk assessment and legal requirements phase, appointed to lead the organisation in the region. First non-German director appointed within the Plaut Group and youngest director appointed at a national or international level.
Total P&L responsibility for all operations. Overall responsibility for defining Plaut's penetration strategy for Latin American markets, expanded to include co-responsibility for the Iberian Peninsula.
Responsibility for recruiting the resident directors in each country, liasing with lawyers, accountants, property owners in the start-up phase of each business, principal negotiator with clients, partners and partner organisations. Coach for both top and middle management and project managers.
Achievements within the Brazilian operation: Within 18 months of start-up established three companies within the Brazilian marketplace, including a consulting organisation, a software reseller and an outsourcing company. Plaut was the primary SAP implementation partner within the Brazilian market, with approximately 20% of total SAP clients. Company profitable for first time after 14 months, even with an annualised year-on-year growth of approximately 800%. Established a consulting base of approximately 200 consultants, with a total of 220 personnel, and a client base of 70 clients.
Personally responsible for initial sales in the Brazilian operation, totalling approximately $10 million. Positioned Plaut as the only consulting companies to deliver solutions to small, mid-market and corporate (large) clients.
Achievement within the Mexican operation: Established Plaut as a software reseller. Plaut one of the leading consulting firms in the autoparts industry. Outsourcing business initiated. After first year, 30 employees and an annual revenue of over $2 million.
